Shipments and Payments

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via ACS courier.

What is the shipping time for orders?

Within Athens:

Products are shipped within the city of Athens within 2-5 working days.

For large volume shipments, delivery is arranged upon agreement.

Rest of Greece:

For orders to mainland and island destinations, shipping takes place within 2-7 working days, while for remote areas, delivery is within 3-9 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Product shipments which are made through ACS courier: for purchases over 40 euros, shipping costs are 0 euros. For purchases under 40 euros, the shipping cost is 2.50 euros.

What are the payment methods?

• PayPal: Selecting payment via PayPal will redirect you to the PayPal website where you can pay using your PayPal account. During this process, no personal information (including credit card numbers) is stored by our system. The correctness and security of your transactions are guaranteed by the PayPal service.

 

• Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card: Payment by credit, debit, or prepaid card is made using the Piraeus Bank payment system. Accepted cards include Visa and Mastercard from all banks. Payment by card is subject to legal use of the card. By selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the website of the cooperating bank where you will enter your card details to complete the transaction. During this process, no personal information (including credit card numbers) is stored by our system. The correctness and security of your transactions are guaranteed by the cooperating bank.

 

• Bank Transfer: Alternatively, the buyer has the option to make purchases by bank transfer or deposit to the following bank account:
